I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Lil Gem is advertised as accommodating 4 people, however, 4 people could not sit at the table at one time for either a meal or a card game. I made a visit to the property prior to my visit, and informed staff of the condition of the upstairs balcony and 2 chairs. Instead of cleaning the whole balcony, the leaves and acorns were pushed from the chairs onto the floor making it dirty rendering the upstairs balcony unusable. Also, if 4 tenants had included 2 couples, 1 couple's privacy would have been compromised by sharing upstairs shower. Viewing TV for more than 1 was difficult due to the positioning of the couch. On the plus side, parking was always available right in front and we found Lil Gem to be otherwise clean and pleasant.
