I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This home is located in a good location for easy access to the pool and the beach. It worked well for our quick getaway, but I would not rent it again. The home should not be rented as a 7 sleeper, nor should it be rented to families with small children. The steps to the upper sleeping loft are steep and are only enclosed/have rail on one side, which makes for a stressful stay when the kids are up and down the steps constantly. The mini blinds in the bedroom and living area were broken with holes where light would shine through and you had privacy issues for those looking in from the street. The provided wagon was broken with all 4 wheels needing to be replaced. The sleeper sofa is horribly uncomfortable, but must be used if you have 7 guests. There is only 1 small bathroom. The kitchen is nicely stocked. There is not enough seating for 7 people to watch the small TV unless you sit at the kitchen table, nor are there enough chairs to eat at the table. The bedroom TV's did not work, nor did any of the telephones. On a positive note, the folks in the rental office were nice and helpful. That said, their office did not open at the time specified on the door, so we spent a lot of time waiting around and we spent most of our first day trying to figure things out and get situated. There are several very nice homes in the community, but the landscaping is horrible. The grass is waist high, which we did not understand. The pool deck needs to be sprayed clean each day, which it isn't. However, the pool was very nice!
