4th floor oceanview condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a living room sleep sofa. Each bedroom has a full-sized private bath. Lovely view of the Atlantic and oceanfront pool.

With an oversized balcony accessible to by the living room, guests staying in Shorewood 430 enjoy a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Shorewood pool area. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via Shorewood's beach walkway and then dip into the freshwater swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
We have used seashore several times over the past 10 years. This was one of the WORST units that we have ever been in. The carpet was beyond disgusting, the couch smelled, the clothes washer was worst than bad..I could continue on for days. Everyone at seashore is allways very nice and helpful, however, I am not sure we will use their services again. I would hope they would be more discriminating when renting units.

Shorewood is a great place to vacation with an excellent exterior hot tub, pool, lots of parking, clean grounds, very courteous staff and very secure premises. I had a super 7 weeks during the winter and recommend it. The unit 430 is very comfortable and well situated although it would need a minor facelift it is spacious and functional. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
We have had great experiences, but this condo needed an update. The pull out bed was in very bad shape and the condo was a bit dirty when we checked in. Specifically, tubs and sinks had dirt in them. The Pool was fantastic and location made up for everything else lacking in the condo. I would stay at Shorewood again and I will continue to use Seashore Vacations, the staff there is Fantastic.

The Shorewood exceeded all our expectations. The location was fabulous! The view was great and we totally lucked out with the weather. The place was huge! There were 4 of us (2 adults/2 kids) and 430 was perfect. My kids can't wait to go again next year and stay at the same place. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The place was very clean-the rugs had just been shampood. The kitchen is not updated, but we didn't care (some seem to) - it was a rental - everything worked. We went to Coligny Plaza several times and it was about a 5 minute walk - the place was very safe. The pool was awesome. The beach was great - having easy access to everything, just made the trip. Loved staying there - recommend to everyone.
