Oceanfront VIP condo sleeps 8 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3, and a living room sleep sofa. Each bedroom has a full-sized private bath. Great views of beach and ocean.

With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 311 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This up-to-date property is beautifully furnished. The contemporary kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The decor and outstanding view make Ocean One 311 a VIP property.

We liked the room very much. The view of the ocean was not what we expected. There are two tall palm trees obscuring the view. This was not mentioned in the description. It really is not an "ocean view room". Other than that, it was a great vacation spot.

LOCATION WAS GREAT. RENTED FORM SEASHORE VACATIONS BEFORE WITH NO ISSUES. CONDO WAS DIRTY, ITEMS WE NEEDED TO USE WERE BROKE(TOWEL RACKS, SCREEN DOOR, KITCHEN ITEMS ETC). WE WERE JUST EXPECTING SOMETHING GREAT WITH THE VIP TITLE AS ADVERTISED, BUT IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Everybody had a great time, weather could have been better. The condo was very nice, clean but there were 2 palm trees blocking the oceanfront view. We seemed to have a herd of elephants in the condo above us that was quite annoying but in general a good experience. Would recommend
