Forest Beach townhouse sleeps up to 7 people. King bed in master bedroom, two twins and a double in bedroom 2, living room sleep sofa, two full-sized baths plus powder room. Short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and Coligny Plaza.

Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 95 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. These properties are within 1 to 2 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Courtside 95 was very nice. Everything was clean. Good location, roughly a block from the ocean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. We would definitely stay here in the future.

ENJOYED THE LAGOON VIEW, PATIO TABLE, CHAIRS, ETC. GOOD BEACH DECOR, ALTHOUGH MASTER BEDROOM COULD USE NEW BEDDING, PLUS A GOOD WINDOW CLEANING. HAD WONDERFUL TIME AS USUAL, SUPER WEATHER. GREAT LOCATION.

Rating Details:
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Very dissatisfied that there was no WiFi. The sliding glass doorwall was broken and would not lock(there was a wood stick in place to hold door 90% closed). Also, the master bath shower had a leak in the connector and water would spray everywhere. The dryer took approximatley 2 hours of drying time to dry a load of clothes. The baths/kitchen need updating.
