The location is amazing and we loved the place and would love to return.

We didn't realize there was no air conditioning and the week we were there was unseasonably warm. With two small children and no good cross wind in the building, we called the management company and they brought 2 new fans over right away.
We have never rented before and always stayed at hotels. We are really excited to use this company again and we highly recommend them.

Again, the property is at an amazing location, on a historic property and beautiful large yard.

Wonderful little home away from home! The location is outstanding. The grounds of the home are gorgeous. New owners are delightful and doing much to improve the entire property. Hope prices remain affordable. Would much rather stay here than at a nearby hotel.

We recently spent a most wonderful week at this great little rental property, "little" being the operative word. Not in a bad sense mind you, it was the perfect size for my wife and I. However, the small bathroom, pull out couch and drapes in place of a bedroom door provide little privacy for a family or additional guests. The property itself is magnificent, well appointed with a large side yard and direct access to what was for all purposes, our own private beach along the spectacular La Jolla coast. The remainder of the property is currently undergoing an extensive remodel with the addition of a pool and spa, we look forward to returning to see the finished product. A trip we've already begun planning.
We find it difficult to be critical of this location because of the amazing experience we had, but if pressed to offer any criticism it would be the following. The construction work going on around us, albeit by some of the most courteous and engaging contractors I've ever met. The exorbitant number of garbage trucks driving though the neighborhood early each morning and a coffee pot that was much too small for two caffine junkies like us.
Our Seabreeze contact, Tim was proactive, reaching out to welcome us. He was quick, effective and pleasant in responding to our need for help accessing the available wireless network.
Overall we would highly recommend this rental property. It's clean, well equipped and offers luxurious bedding. The proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants in such a private setting makes it the perfect little getaway.
