Welcome to our beautiful Lake Dillon mountain retreat – your home away from home! Built in 1999, this is a quiet one bedroom lock-off apartment attached to a house in the desirable lakeside Dillon community. We do allow well-trained pets, and we have a fenced yard for them to play in if you wish to leave them outside.
The location of this apartment can’t be beat! You are a short walk to the marina, Lake Dillon Reservoir, tennis courts, playground, and the Dillon Amphitheatre where summer concerts are held every weekend. There is also a Farmer's Market held every Friday that is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Bike rentals are also a 2 minute walk from the apartment, so you can enjoy the many paved bike trails during the warmer months. You can also enjoy some incredible hiking, fly fishing, and golf - awesome courses in the beautiful Summit County and the surrounding areas including picturesque Vail. Other activities include fishing on the Gold Medal Blue River, Lake Dillon Reservoir, and the many high mountain lakes, hiking, or biking miles and miles of scenic trails, tennis, four-wheel driving, horseback riding, and much, much more.
Summit County has some of the best skiing in the world at Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, and Vail. This apartment is centrally located in Dillon, so you can easily enjoy other winter activities including cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, tubing and snowmobiling. Of course, shopping is available at the Silverthorne Outlet stores for those who don’t care to play in the snow! Just outside your door is a FREE ski area shuttle if you don't care to drive to any of the activities.
You will enjoy breath taking views of the mountains from the living room windows and just outside the front door.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed with a high quality mattress and new bedding. Connected to the master bedroom is the bathroom. You will also enjoy the large, full-sized kitchen with all of the essentials you need to cook a meal away from home. The dining room table will comfortably seat 5 people. In the living room, you will find a beautiful leather couch that pulls out into a queen sized sleeper sofa, a new 40 inch flatscreen TV, and beautiful décor.

We deliver and setup the devices for you. iPad 2's are connected to all the Wi-Fi signals in the resort. So take it where you want and have FUN! Bring your own games or get them from us (only $2 per day).
