This was our 8th trip to Hawaii. 4th to the Big Island. 4th time at Kona Surf & Racket club. 2nd time in this unit. At least 2 weeks each trip. We have been all over the Big Island. Compared this unit to lots of other options. For the price you can not get anything close to this nice of a unit and location. You are on the water. Unit is very nice. The location is great. Close to good snorkeling. Good entertainment. Good shopping. Lots of activities. This trip I caught a sword fish. Swam with dolphins and Manta Rays. Zip lined. Snorkeled almost every day. Watched whales. Watched lots of hula. Ate too much good food. Went to the volcano. Went to Hilo twice. Hikes to Captain Cook monument. Lots of other stuff from this location.Drank fresh Kona coffee every day, grown near by. Every day you wake up to the sound of waves and birds. The smell of roasting coffee and flowers. I wish I was still there. A month would not be enough.

Great experience ! It had a great location. Sea turtles were seen almost every morning!!lwe loved going to sleep listening to the waves crashing! The only negative was tiny ants but every place has that! Also came with everything you need.

My wife and I spend the month of Sept 2012 Keauhou Kona Surf & Racket Club, Townhouse #3. We could not have been more pleased. When we arrived, the unit was clean and looked great. The location is amazing, walk right out on to the beach. During our stay, we had a couple of opportunities to talk with Knutson & Associates, with the always being very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend the unit we rented and Knutson & Associates to my friends and family.
