Amenities:: Modern kitchen includes full size appliances: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Laundry facilities include washer and dryer. Both bathrooms include a shower/tub combination. The deck includes a small outdoor grill with table and seating for 6. Sleeping facilities also include a standard crib-sized junior bed and a small baby crib.
Activities:: While in the area, you may choose to play golf, go fishing, swimming, sailing, biking or horseback riding. Callawy Gardens and the Roosevelt National Park are 10 minutes away. The Little White House is about a 15 minute drive. If you enjoy shopping for antiques and crafts Pine Mountain and Warm Springs offer plenty of variety. Although the home has great cooking facilities, you're sure to enjoy the cuisine in our fine area restaurants.
Travel/Directions:: Located about an hour from the Atlanta airport and 35 minutes from the Columbus airport, this house is conveniently situated near the highway and area attractions while remaining secluded and private. Directions from Atlanta: Take I 85 South. Take Exit 42 (To Columbus). Take Exit 21 (To Pine Mountain). Turn left onto Hwy 27 South (go approximately 10 miles). You will be in Pine Mountain. Turn left onto GA 354. Take SHARP right turn after passing under rock bridge. Continue on 354. 354 ends at Ga Hwy 116. Turn left. House is located on the right approximately 1.5 miles. Directions from the south coming up I85: Take the Hwy 18 exit and turn right onto Hwy 18. Stay on 18 until you pass the entrance to Callaway Gardens and intersect with Hwy 27. Continue straight across the intersection. You will be on Hwy 354. Follow the directions above.
Golf: There are a number of golfing facilities in the area, including Callaway Gardens and The Fields at Rosemont.
