Newly renovated vacation home located next to the charming light house point beach.

1500 Sq ft in main house and an additional 700 square ft. self contained one bedroom one bath apartment , Both with fully equipped kitchens with new stainless appliances, utensils, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Split floor plan. Master bedroom has private bath. The Guest bedrooms are contemporary and comfortable each with its own queen size bed. 36' LCD Flat screen televisions in Living area and all bedrooms with Comcast cable and WiFi Internet access. Yamaha Stereo system wit ipod connect. DVD and play station available. Modern hi hat lighting thoughtout. Hard wood floors and tile throughout entire house. Lush garden with private backyard/ pool area. Pool is heated in winter months, and has a salt-water filtration system. Gas grill. Home has Kayaks and bicycles available upon request less than five min walk to a quiet ocean beach and a park on inter-coastal waterway.

Hillsboro Inlet, charter fishing, jetski rentals, surfing, tennis, Grear golf courses and great resturants are all available close by.

About The Owner

Our family has resided in Fort Lauderdale for the past 25 years. My husband is an Allstate insurance agent and I'm an independent insurance agent, we enjoy traveling boating and fishing. I am originally from France and fluent in both French and Spanish. We have two sons ages 12 and 14 who also enjoy fishing, going to the beach, football and water activities.

Why The Owner chose Lighthouse Point

We decided to purchase in this area because we fell in love with the secluded beach, the vacation atmosphere and the great fishing. We presently use the house in the summer occasionally on the weekends.

What makes this house unique

Great fishing/boating, kayaking, jet ski rental, parasailing, snorkeling, diving, biking and the great beach. Also nearby are great shopping, dining, movie theatre, golf course and bowling.

The house delivered on everything it promised and appeared to be. It was fully equipped, nicely appointed, clean and for our young family of four space to spread out. We loved the close proximity to everything and we took full advantage of the beach, pool, kayaks and bikes. Thanks to Samantha for her help in making this a memorable first family vacation.

Great place to stay!

We spent a week in this very nice house. The location was great for us, close to shops, golf, fishing charters and the sea. The house has got a good layout, with 3 large bedrooms, a living room and a nice backyard with pool (pictures describes the house accurately). The kitchen is a small but met our needs. Overall you can see that there has been time and effort invested into planning the interior of the house. Samantha and Steve are excellent hosts, they were very helpful and made sure that everything was working as it should and gave us some good information about the area. We would certainly recommend our friends to stay in this house.

Family vacation

We are originally from Fort Lauderdale but moved to NC 6 years ago. When we were looking for a place to stay we wanted the comforts of home and close to the beach. This house was not only our "home away from home" but it was perfect distance to everything we needed...grocery store, mall, fast food and it's literally, across the street from the beach. Even the neighbors were really nice. The most memorable part of our trip was our 6 year old learning to swim in that lovely saltwater pool. That pool was so relaxing and the saltwater was so much better than just chlorine water. This house is perfect for a family of 4 or 6. It has everything you need, even a beach cart for towels and chairs. Truly all the comforts of home. We will always stay here, when we come back to Florida. Thank you for your hospitality Samantha!

We loved it !!

We used the property for all too short a time as it was a base for us to visit Miami, Everglades, Key West etc
Pool was beautiful, as was house. Next time we intend to 'chill out' here much more as we didn't get to use the bikes or go kayakking.
Great owners who dealt with requests promptly and effectively.
