Your vacation home away from home is located about 3 miles south of Kona and is a lovely two bedroom, two bath condo that is all on one floor, the second floor, with Elevator access. The condo is 1068 square foot with a 198 square foot lanai. There is an ocean view from the lanai, it is 70 yards from the Magic (Disappearing) Sands beach. The living room, kitchen and bath areas are spacious and bright and are fully tiled. The large lanai is tiled complete with beautiful weather and unforgettable views. It has a gorgeous Pool which is Oceanfront, 4 very nice Barbecue Grills, several FREE TENNIS COURTS a Game Room with a Pool Table. It also has a spa (hot tub).     20% Non-Refundable on Credit Card - No Fee. Balance is due by Check to avoid fees, 30 days prior to arrival for Low season, 60 days prior for High Season. If you want to charge the Balance on Card fee applies. Directions and keys will be mailed 30 days prior to booking once full payment is received.
    Please note that our condo is a Smoke Free Zone and that pets are not allowed on premises.
    An additional Out Cleaning fee will be applied to billing for all stays.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation refund within 30 days is subject to re-booking. *Cancellation within 7 days & No shows will be charged in full unless re-booked.
    Cancellations must be in writing.
    (Electronic mail constitutes written notice when a return receipt is requested and confirmed.)
    Deposits are not refunded during special holidays
  • (New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July
    or during: Ironman Triathlon Week and the Kona Billfish Tournament.) If full payment has been made No Refunds due to Inclement Weather, Circumstances beyond our control, No shows or Shortened Stays.

METICULOUSLY REDECORATED: It has 2 twin beds that make a king-size bed and linens for your ultimate comfort. There is a TV and DVD player in this bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed. This condo has 2 bathrooms. We offer as a vacation rental our condo to discriminating non-smoking guests when we're tied up with our mainland duties. With that in mind, we keep our kitchen well equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice dispenser and water in the door, dishwasher, microwave oven, and stove. We supply cooking and baking equipment, sharp knives, quality dishes, glassware and utensils, and all the usual small appliances plus nice amenities. Kona Golf Country Club is about 3 miles away. Kahalu'u Beach, the best snorkeling beach on the island is about 2 miles away. Amenities: CAR RENTAL DISCOUNTS.......
