Ed and Brenda Churchill, our owners, have taken special care to make this Emerald Beach vacation condo a place you'll want to come every year. They’ve done a lot to upgrade this property from a new sofa to new beds. And more. But let’s talk about what makes this a special place for you.
Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play off shore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable.
The living area's nice and big. And, if you like Tommy Bahama you'll love the decor. Think “beachy chic”. It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time.
Both the dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a huge king size bed with a with a beautiful dark headboard. Check out the photo. Really colorful bedding. And the mattress is brand new so it’s really comfortable. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package located in a giant entertainment center.
The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for your kids.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 full baths.

Emerald Beach Resorts is one of the really high class resort properties here in Panama City Beach. This resort’s got all the style you want. But we’ll get to that. Let’s talk about the beach. We’re talking a beach that’s over 1000 feet wide. That’s 3 football fields end to end of sugar white sand. Just an unbelievable sight. When you’re done with the sun, there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. In fact there’s a new shopping experience that’s pretty close that I want to tell you about. Pier Park is really something pretty spectacular. It’s a million plus square food shopping area (like a mall at the beach) It’s got a ton of stuff. There’s a Dillard's, Target, Penny’s, Ron Jon (you’ve got to get to the surf shop once while you’re here); there’s a 16 screen movieplex. All kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread for a quick bite, Longhorn Steakhouse and Olive Garden. And get this: there’s a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. You’ll find amusement rides for the kids too! And free concerts during the summer
