The deck contains patio furniture and gas grill for use by our guests, and is accessible through sliders from the living room, master bedroom and den. Two Island cruiser bicycles are available for guests.
A beautiful wide swath of ocean beach is 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes biking and is adjacent to the property owners’ pool complex. Club membership privileges are available, giving users access to two world quality golf courses, the equestrian and tennis centers, and use of several pools, all within moments from the home.
The charming city of Charleston, SC is 22 miles from Seabrook’s gate, a picturesque 30 minute drive through the Low County. This typically Southern city, with its vibrant history and world-class restaurants and shopping received the #4 ranking in 2004 Travel and Leisure’s Top Destinations in the United States, offering an ideal break from the days of tanning, biking, and general relaxing on the Island.
The Newton Farms supermarket, various restaurants, Starbucks, and specialty stores in the newly built Freshfields Village are two minutes from Seabrook’s gate.
The home sleeps 6 – linens and towels are provided.
Both a clothes washer and dryer are available for use by our guests.
This is a non-smoking home and pets considered on an individual basis.

Monthly 'snowbird' rental for October-April is welcome.
