Great family Beach home. 4 BR, Den, 3.5 BA, HT, Sauna, indoor jacuzzi tub, gas bbq, 5 TV's, cable, DVD & VCR, DW, micro, W/D, blender, mini food processor, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, trash compactor, iron/board, deck, 2 fireplaces. 3K, 2T, 2 sleeper sof

Located across from the Short Tail Gulch trailhead, the Beach Trail home is appropriately named and a short walk to the water. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is a great family getaway. Two Master Suites with King Beds, TV's, Cable- DVD-VCR, 1 with a jacuzzi tub. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, 1 room with 2 Twins, the other with a King bed. Large fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, good counter space and large diningroom table. The livingroom has a fireplace, TV, Cable, DVD & VCR and sleeper sofa. The deck is open to both the living room and dining room, perfect for entertaining with a table and chairs, Gas BBQ and views all the way to Point Reyes. The den has a 2nd fireplace TV, VCR & DVD, the house also has a great selection of movies, both VCR Tapes & DVD's. There is a 2 car garage an outdoor Hot Tub and an Infrared Sauna. No pets allowed and linens are included.

We had a great time. This is our fifth year renting from Bodega Bay Escapes and the company has always been wonderful. Our first stay at Beach Trail and it was very nice. The only slight problem was not enough wine glasses and the ones that were there needed to be washed again. Otherwise, awesome!

10 of us stayed at Beach Trail for a recent retreat. The location is wonderful, with a view of the ocean and ranch, and a trail across the street that leads to the ocean. Everything was clean and the three king-sized beds really made a difference when it came to sharing rooms. The one request I'd make is that a replacement rack be obtained for the oven. With only one available rack in the oven, it was difficult to cook for ten people.

Great location - a few items need fixing: oven, jet tub in master bath, hot tub controls and cleaning, a mouse running around the house somewhere (went under the fridge), mattress pads on beds, refridgerator was pretty dirty

We had 12 guys stay at the Beach Trail for 3 nights on a golf trip at the Links at Bodega Habour. The house is five minutes from the golf course. The house is very roomy with a large deck and family room. It never felt too small with 12 guys because it's multi-level with separate areas. I would stay there again.
