Retreat (12 people) feature four bedrooms and four private baths. Two bedrooms with king bed, two bedrooms with two queen beds each, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and dining area. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen.

Come stay at our beautiful waterfront condos. Whether you want a suite for two or a retreat for up to fourteen guests you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing. Our secure building has elevators, full-size heated pool, free boat slip (space permitting), private off-street parking, outdoor grills, fish cleaning station, large balconies, cable TV, CD stereo system, private baths for all bedrooms with hair dryers, all linens (bed, bath & beach) provided, in-room safes, concierge service. All our units are non smoking.The facility is boat accessible by powerboat only, because a fixed bridge offers only an 18-foot clearance. The marina offers 16 boat slips accommodating vessels up to 35 feet with a 13-foot beam. All guests have off-street parking. Clean your catch at the dock fish cleaning station available to all our guests then take a few steps to the open-air poolside grill and learn the meaning of fresh fish. Pelican Landing is a short walk to a marina where world-class fishing and scuba charters can be engaged. When you are done being on the water and want to enjoy the charms of Old Town and Duval Street, a quick bicycle ride is all it takes. Just across the street from Pelican Landing is Bayview Park where you can play tennis, shoot hoops, walk your dog or just hang out.Retreat (12 people) feature four bedrooms and four private baths. Two bedrooms with king bed, two bedrooms with two queen beds each, living room, and dining area. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, blender, dishwasher, washer/dryer. A breakfast bar seats, living room and one bedroom has sliding glass doors which open onto a private balcony overlooking the water. There is also a balcony overlooking the City. Central A/C, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets with in-room safe, cable TV in living room and bedrooms, stereo with CD player, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels. Pelican Landing’s heated swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck. There is a minimum stay requirement on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season. Boat slips are not included with Rooms, Boat slips are only included with retreats or Suites.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Property needs some attention. Various places where the walls and balcony floors were buckling. Hopefully was just the surface and not structural. Room could use updating. Most rooms had old tube televisions with only a very small flat panel in the master. Also old appliances.

The place was great, we had the 12 person unit on the top floor. The top floor units have a balcony on both sides of the condo (harbor and island view) great! Unit was reasonably clean, girls thought it needed a little better cleaning. Fridge was old, but worked fine. Unit had alot of room. Boat slip worked out great, rented from Spencer boat yard within walking distance. Pool was very cold in the middle of March, did not feel heated.

Great place, great location, would do it again in a heart-beat! The only drawback was a couple of very loud parties but they mostly eventually controlled themselves and I realize that the rental company tries to go out of its way to ID these, so just life.

7 of us stayed at this location for 6 days. it was great. not too far from the action but far enough. we will be staying there again next time in Key West.
