Retreats (for 6 to 8 people) feature two bedrooms and two private baths. One bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with two queen beds, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and dining area.

Come stay at our beautiful waterfront condos. Whether you want a suite for two or a retreat for up to fourteen guests you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing. Our secure building has elevators, full-size heated pool, free boat slip (space permitting), private off-street parking, outdoor grills, fish cleaning station, large balconies, cable TV, CD stereo system, private baths for all bedrooms with hair dryers, all linens (bed, bath & beach) provided, in-room safes, concierge service. All our units are non smoking.The facility is boat accessible by powerboat only, because a fixed bridge offers only an 18-foot clearance. The marina offers 16 boat slips accommodating vessels up to 35 feet with a 13-foot beam. All guests have off-street parking. Clean your catch at the dock fish cleaning station available to all our guests then take a few steps to the open-air poolside grill and learn the meaning of fresh fish. Pelican Landing is a short walk to a marina where world-class fishing and scuba charters can be engaged. When you are done being on the water and want to enjoy the charms of Old Town and Duval Street, a quick bicycle ride is all it takes. Just across the street from Pelican Landing is Bayview Park where you can play tennis, shoot hoops, walk your dog or just hang out.Retreats (for 6 – 8 people) feature two bedrooms and two private baths. One bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with two queen beds, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and dining area.This unit has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, blender, dishwasher, washer/dryer. A breakfast bar seats, living room and one bedroom has sliding glass doors which open onto a private balcony overlooking the water. Central A/C, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets with in-room safe, cable TV in living room and bedrooms, stereo with CD player, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels. Pelican Landing’s heated swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck. There is a minimum stay requirement on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season. Boat slips are not included with Rooms, Boat slips are only included with retreats or Suites.

We have been going to Pelican Landing for the past several years. This has been the best experience so far. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and the pool looks great since it was re-done.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
First of all, it was partly my fault for not noticing that the apartment would only allow guests of 25 years or older. However, we were not notified explicitly enough to notice the requirements. When we arrived at the apartment, we were not allowed to check-in. However, I was going to negotiate but the person I talked to was VERY rude and didn't attempt to listen to my explanation. She kept on rudely shouting over the phone saying that it was all my fault and that I should stop wasting her time or else she would call the police so that we would leave the property.

I understand that it was entirely our fault. However, they didn't try to compromise at all! We didn't get any partial refund. It was $700+ for the total rental fee and it's considered a large amount for college students.

Overall, this ruined our trip to Key West entirely.

Clean, not fancy, beds comfortable, good location, walked daily to Duval St (25-30 mins). Saw dolphins and manitees from the dock.

The Pelican Landing was a great surprise to all of us. The apartament was very clean, with a lovely view to the ocean. The apartment was very well equipped with all sorts of appliances. The lady from the realty was very thoughtful. I definattely reccomend this property to others. I would only suggest more attention to the elevator as a strange smell comes out of it, maybe because to its location, right above sea level.
