I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Beautiful home that would be GREAT with some changes

This really is a beautiful home but the owner could make some changes. The sofa in the living room and the dining rm chairs were very unconfortable. We went and bought pillows to place on the chairs and sofa so we could sit more comfortable. Also, the refrig frezzer did not work well. The top shelf was okay but the rest would not freeze water or icr cream. The mattresses were old and hard. In spite of all of this we did have a very nice 6 weeks. I would recommend this home but I would make people aware of the furniture. For such a beautiful house I expected more. He should also spray for bugs. If any changes are made, hopefully he does not raise the price.

We had a wonderful time at this comfortable cabin! Weather was unexpectedly cold and there were no instructions on how to turn the heat up or get the fireplace working, but otherwise, we loved it!

Snell Cottage was a wonderful place to stay: very quiet and relaxing setting, well appointed and immaculate at move in, and property manager Amanda was a pleasure to work with. I would have no reservations recommending a stay here to anyone else looking for a cute little cottage in the pines!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

month to repair dirty air conditioner, holes in lamp shades, broken woodwork, non working TV, old and outdated, depressing dirt and spiders everywhere. Filth, ugly, old unclean and never again! Owned by a "slum lord" Sickening experience!
