I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
the furniture needs to be a bit updated the railing fixed, the main bath had water on the floor. Dishwasher soap and towels in the kitchen and coffee filter would be nice to have we loved having the room for our family to stay while our son got married and the area was very nice loved being able to fix breakfast thank you very much the Moons

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Beautiful location in the tall pines. The Pines' personnel are friendly and helpful. Apartment was fairly clean, but furnishings in our unit were old and dingy with horribly stained carpet. Had big plumbing problems due to age of building. Property managers/ Realty Executive's personnel were frequently unavailable and inconsistent with their terms on our rental agreement. We ended up getting charged $180 for utilities when we were told they were included in a vacation rental and it was never put in our contract. An unfortunate experience for such a beautiful area. Would definitely not stay in that unit again or with any property managed by Realty Executives. Definitely would stay in one of the other units in that complex (The Pines) that have been renovated and under other management.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Overall the unit was good to use for a weekend but personally everything inside was from the 1980's. i know that it is a rental yet it would be nice to see up to date furnishings and flooring. The floor heater in the living room did not work that well. It also had a horrible smell to it when I walked in, needed to buy some candles to drown out smell. It worked for what we needed but if I were to make another trip up there I would probably look for something else.
