Outdated to the Max!

Rating Details:
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The property needed help inside and out. A rusty screen door greets you on the outside and blue carpet and outdated furnishings greet you when you come in. Not one thing is updated. Beds were extremely uncomfortable; pet odor; bedroom window would not lock; coffee pot did not work; exterior property lights did not work; no blow dryer; walls had cracks and drywall tape coming up in some corners. We were not prepared for this. Definitely not an uplifting feeling being there.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
We were happy with the location and that the unit was on the 1st

floor. The living room furniture was in poor shape and uncomfortable. The kitchen was bad. There was old paper towels in the cabinets and they smelled. The stove had only 1 large burner and it did not fit properly. I had to be very careful that large pots
did not slide off the stove. The sink faucet splattered water. The lampshades were dirty & some broken. The closets were a mess-full of the owners stuff and just shoved in. We had to move everything just to use the closet. Also, the toilet in the mster didn't
work well, my husband fixed it 3 times.I would never want to rent this unit again. The owners could show more pride of ownership. We very much enjoyed working with Amanda from Q. She was always very professional and willing to help. We rented a different house
from her for next summer. It was not the company's fault, in my opinion the blame falls with the units owner.

I HAD A VERY NICE TIME, THE APT WAS CLEAN, VERY NICE INSIDE AND OUT , AND EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND THE NEIGHBORS WERE QUIET.DANHNY AND THE OTHERS AT THE OFFICE WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
