I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We've stayed at the Sea Isle Village for the last 4 years, but we are now considering looking into other locations for future visits to Port Aransas. There were several maintenance issues that we had to deal with as soon as we walked in... the back door didn't lock every time, a light bulb was out in the shower, the freezer in refridgerator didn't keep things very frozen, the cable had been unplugged to the TV in the front room (which took us a while to figure out), no extra toilet paper in the condo, the blinds were a mess in the living room and couldn't be opened or shut, even with a chord we were unable to access the internet from our room (and calling the office was no help at all - I suggest providing instructions for MAC and PC users). The majority of these issues were just little annoyances that could have been checked by the company between guests coming and going. Being unable to lock the back door was a major concern for some in my party.
And of course there was the disgusting issue with the pool on Friday. Keep drunks out of the pool late at night!
My biggest beef was that I never received the confirmation email that I was promised that guaranteed my stay. I panicked the day we were leaving because I never heard anything from the condo management company. I had no idea that not only did we need to pick up the key from an office not located on the premises, they closed at six. Had we known this earlier, we would have left for PA much sooner than we did. It all worked out, but the lack of communication on PA Escapes part was unprofessional.
