"Sea's The Day" is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in the heart of Port Aransas.The bedroom has 2 Full Beds and there is a spacious full bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The condo is located on the first floor, has a nice patio and is close to the beach access. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an oversized pool, sports court and 2 playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The room was perfect for my family (2 adults and two babies under 2 years old).
The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The new kitchen was perfect for cooking in; all I needed was food and spices. The bedroom was clean and had plenty of room. The bathroom was a bit outdated but clean.
The rooms were easy walking distance to the beach, even with two babies and all the gear that goes with kids at the beach.
The only negatives I had were that the front desk people could not provide clean linens and towels. It was also inconvenient to return the keys to another location. The laundry facilities could use a remodel as well, though the washer and dryer were new and clean.

Rented this unit last minute & was very happy with the Condo. It's a little dated & worn in the furniture & decor, but it was very comfortable & my family was right at home instantly. I would definitely stay here again. The complex was very quiet & it was a nice walk to the beach through the dunes. Also, this location is so close to the city of Port A which made it even nicer.

The only issue is that the light switches need to be labeled as I could never figure out how to turn on the kitchen light; the light switch for the living room was in the hallway & the light switch in the bedroom was in the living room.

Everything over all was good. I first called the office to find out the cost to rent for 1 nite and was quoted a good price, However when I arrived at the office was quoted a much higher price by staff,I then let them know I had called and spoke to someone who had already given me a price and then they haggeled among themselves and finally gave me a little higher price than I had expected,This was the only bad part of the deal.

Very convenient location to town - we walked from the cart rental place. The management was very friendly and quick to respond which was good considering we smelled gas the first time we took a shower. They sent a plumber and he fixed the problem right away. T.V. In bedroom didn't work and tub didn't drain well. In our first floor condo you could not hear or see the beach but it was a short walk through the dunes. We booked at the last minute so were happy to get something that close to the beach for a reasonable rate. Next time we will book earlier and stay at a more updated facility.

Reviewer Comments:
The glassware in the kitchen was not clean (I mean sticky from previous use, not just unwashed), the kitchen ceiling light didn't work at all, the A/C was set for 72 and could not be adjusted. We finally just turned it off. The bedroom carpet was FULL of sand burs. The rental management company didn't give a contact phone number on the paper they left for us in the unit. The unit was clean, but spartan. Certainly NOT worth the money for this unit!!!!!
