I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

We LOVED this condo! We were out on the deck enjoying the river every day for a morning coffee or afternoon game of cribbage. The location was a great combination of being tucked away from the busy street, but also with easy access to the mountains, restaurants, hot tub, etc. The main room is bigger than it seems in the pictures, a very comfortable set-up. The only things that could make it better would be to have WiF - it was a pain to have to go to the breakfast restaurant across the street to connect - and a microwave really should be added; there's a convection-type oven that is very outdated. But overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

I am glad they had a good time. There is a microwave built in above the oven. The guest may have thought this was the cooktop fan only. Internet is an issue and owners would like to provide it, but ATT and the cable company have not installed the infrastructure. The condo also cannot receive a signal from the only internet provider due to a mountain in the way. On a good day, you can pick up internet from a signal across the river, but we cannot advertise internet is provided.
