Unit C105 at Kihei Bay Vista is a fully remodeled (Sept 2011) 1 bd 1 bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed wireless and can sleep 4. It is across from Kalepolepo Beach in Kihei.

Unit C105 at Kihei Bay Vista is a newly remodeled and updated condo (July 2012). This 1 Bedroom 1 Bath ground floor unit has a lovely tropical landscaped view just across the street from the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, updated electronics, AC in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. For those who need to stay in touch while traveling there is complimentary high speed wireless and complimentary long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada.

The master bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed. This property can sleep 4. In addition this condo features boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and snorkel gear for your use.

Unit C105 is immaculate with tiled floors throughout, completely renovated bathroom with travertine tile and is situated in a very quiet location in the complex.

The Kihei Bay Vista is a wonderful property. It is located in Kihei Maui, just steps from the ocean. It has a pool and hot tub, gas grills for your use as well as an outdoor dining area. This property is one of the great finds for the price in Kihei. All units are 1 bedroom 1 bath so the property has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere about it. Guests come to this property year after year as they have found it a great home away from home. Kihei Bay Vista is just across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and a very long stretch of beach. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy unbelievable sunsets. The Kihei Bay Vista is centrally located to shops, restaurants, activities and is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

From the moment my daughter and I arrived at Kihei Bay Vista, I knew I had made the right choice for our stay in Maui. The management staff were excellent and the unit itself exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness, and amenities. We felt right at home. Mahalo to the owners for renovating the unit so well and for renting at a very affordable rate. I would not hesitate to recommend Unit C105 to friends or to stay here again.

This unit was a nice remodel in a quiet condo community. It was very comfortable and suited our needs since it was just myself and my husband. The bathroom was especially nice. Would prefer higher quality towels and linens, but what was provided was fine. The unit faces the pool and not much of a view other than that. Would be nice if the TV and DVD player were upgraded. Tried watching a DVD and the sound barely came through on the TV - we couldn't figure out what was wrong. I would recommend this condo.

Decided not to stay at the Mana Kai this time around and instead avoid elevators and stairs by finding a suitable ground unit, Kihei Bay Vista turned out to be a pleasant surprise .
