Great location in Gulf Shores! This resort is surrounded by the ocean and the lagoon. Enjoy the unobstructed views!! The lagoon is perfect for your jet ski /small boat, as this resort has two private piers & boat launch for you to enjoy. Fish & clean your catch right from the pier. At beach side, enjoy the huge private gazebo. We have a shower to help wash the sand off before you return. This resort is on West Beach where the area is quiet & the dead end road is only two lanes so the traffic is very light. From the condo enjoy the beautiful tropical views right from both of the two private balconies. This condo is one of only a few that has two private balconies. The living room balcony looks over the pool & the tennis courts which are surrounded by lush landscaping and tall beautiful palm trees. No other condo complex has better surroundings than this resort. Other condo complexes give you a small, plain and boring pool. Our pool is a large beautiful pool with a waterfall.

There is so much to do in Gulf Shores and the Orange Beach area. The new amphitheater, new restaurants, shops and huge Ferris wheel are just a few new additions to the area. Outlet shopping is just 15 minute drive and offers hundreds of designer name stores with great bargains. In Pensacola you can watch the blue angels practice. The naval museum with IMAX theater is a must see. In Mobile you can tour the USS Alabama and don't forget Bellengrath gardens.

You can watch the beautiful sunsets from here. The living room has a second large private balcony to sit and enjoy dinner and drinks. Inside is a NEW sofa/sleeper, TV, and DVD player. The NEW kitchen is fully-equipped with all the modern conveniences. There is a washer/dryer in this unit for your use. This condo is in a secure building with four elevators. This resort offers you the best deal for your money.

This was a good condo unit close to the beach with excellent views from both private decks. Very quiet, very clean, well furnished, and maintained. I spoke with the owner by phone and email several times. Very nice lady and very easy to deal with. Damage deposit was promptly refunded after my stay. Just a couple of very minor problems: no TV remote and the couch had seen better days, which was a complaint frequently referred to in the guest book. Wireless internet access was not the greatest-slow and unstable/intermittent connection, though this is not the fault of the unit's owner so I can't fairly ding her for it. The condo complex management needs to make sure that guests in all units have reliable internet access, since internet access is pretty much now a necessity and not a luxury. Overall, no regrets whatsoever about booking this unit, would do it again.
