Spring 2013 Special Rates ! A cheery one bedroom, two bath first floor Condominium with comfortable furnishings and a lovely garden view. The Shops at Wailea and World Class Resorts are minutes away.

Spring 2013 Specials - Please Ask. Grand Champions 121 offers a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and high speed wireless internet access. The living area has air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. There is a separate dining area with seating for four. The lanai also has a table and chairs to enjoy the tropical breeze while you relax.

The kitchen has modern appliances and is fully stocked to cook and dine at the condo. The master suite has a king bed, air conditioning, TV, iPod docking station and en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate guest bath.

Grand Champions Villa has beautifully manicured grounds, two pools with Jacuzzi and barbeques. It is close to the spectacular beaches of Wailea, the Shops at Wailea, golf (with discounts), tennis and many fabulous restaurants.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
A very well maintained property located only a 10 min walk from the ocean. The unit was spacious and well appointed. We started every day with a mug of coffee on the balcony overlooking the gardens - beautiful! We had everything we needed and more, including dish soap, garbage bags, coffee filters,shampoo and body soap,etc. As a part of the rental, we had access to 2 pools - one with a social area and access to gas BBQs. The picuures on the site don't do it justice. We would recommend the Grand Champions to others without hesitation.

This was the first time we decided to stay in Wailea and we will definitely be back! It is close to the nicest beaches on Maui and has the best weather. The popular shops of Wailea are only a short walk away as well! It was nice to have a "kids" pool where they could make noise and we didn't have to worry about disapproving looks. The adults could go to their "adult only" pool if they wanted quiet!!
It was very nice to have 2 bathrooms in our one-bedroom condo as there were 4 of us!
We'll be back...maybe even next year!
