Fully renovated in 2010, ground floor one bedroom, two bath, ocean view condominium on amazing Ulua Beach! The living area offers flat screen TV, high speed wireless internet, new furniture and automatic retractable window treatments.

Beautiful ocean views, swimming and snorkeling from the property, and a fully refurbished condominium in 2010 await you at Elua Village 2011. This one bedroom two bath is tiled throughout, has central air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The living area offers flat screen TV, high speed wireless internet, new furniture and automatic retractable window treatments framing the spectacular ocean view. Your lanai also has gas barbeque grill.

The kitchen has beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances with washer and dryer for added convenience.

The master bedroom features a brand new top of the line Serta EuroTop king mattress set for a superb night's rest after a great day on the beach, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.

The property features two heated swimming pools, fitness room, barbeque pavillon and beautifully landscaped grounds. The beach access is gated for security as is the access at the entrance.

Wailea is very accessible with sidewalks on both the ocean front and street side. You can walk, run or jog to the Shops at Wailea or all the wonderful restaurants in the area.

A great place to chill out & watch the sunsets with your sundowner. A short walk downhill to the beach is just enough to burn off the few extra calories from the 2nd sundowner.

This condo was beautiful with its updated/modern feel, and spacious floor plan. The lanai was spacious and we took advantage of watching the nightly sunsets from here. The condo had its own barbecue which we used nightly too. We loved the proximity of it to the beach. The entire complex and grounds are well maintained. This condo was perfect for us and we have already started recommending it to family and friends.
