A Charismatic second floor, two bedroom, two bath Tastefully decorated Condominium overlooking the Wailea Blue Course. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a/c, large walk-in closet and private bathroom. Special Spring and Summer 2013 Rates!

Please ask us about our Spring and Summer 2013 Specials. Grand Champions 186 is located on the second floor and overlooks one of the 2 pools on property. Featuring a modern Hawaiian theme throughout. The living room has a large High Definition TV with DVD, high speed and wireless internet, comfy sectional sofa, chair and ceiling fan.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is well stocked with all the items you need to prepare meals should you choose to dine in.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, large walk-in closet and private bathroom. The master bath has a double vanity and over size walk-in shower with dual shower heads.

The guest bedroom's king bed with a tropical fish theme brightens your spirit. There is also a TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning and guest bathroom continues with the fish motif.

The 12 acres of the Grand Champion Golf Villas border the Wailea Blue Course, and Wailea Tennis Club. The property features 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, gas barbeques and is minutes from the Shops at Wailea, spectacular Wailea Beaches, fine dining, casual restuarants, and luaus.

First time for me staying in Wailea as I usually stay in North Kihei. This complex is a very convenient location for golf, shopping, and beaches. Unit 186 was amazing, exactly as pictured (sometimes not the case) and the complex itself was beautifully kept. The pool was great - pick your times if you would like peace and quiet or be part of a more fun-filled experience.

I would recommend this condo to anyone who would like to be away from the crowds of South Kihei but still be close enough to enjoy its benefits.

This was a superb property and we cannot wait to come back - We bought a few things (beach umbrella, pail) that they did not have a left them there for future guests - We loved it and would recommend to everyone.
