The living room has sofa and love seat, A/C, Large Flat Screen TV, CD stereo, and DVD player.

The newly updated kitchen has granite counters, new tile floor and full size modern appliances.The many small appliances and cookware make staying home for dinner a delight.

The master bedroom has a king bed, A/C, Flat screen TV, I-Pod docking station, private bathroom and access to the Ocean View lanai.

The master bath is newly tiled and has beautiful granite counter tops.

The guest bedroom has one twin bed and one queen bed, A/C, Flat screen TV and I-Pod docking station.

The guest bath has a new tiled shower and granite counter tops.There are many extras for your convenience such as beach chairs & cooler!

The Grand Champion Golf Villas are on 12 acres bordering the Wailea Blue Course and Wailea Tennis Club.The two pools feature jacuzzi spa and gas barbeques. Right down the street, The Shops at Wailea, beautiful beaches, and many fine restaurants contribute to keeping Wailea a favorite destination.

The vacation rental was clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This property has aged in a year. The dishwasher is sounding rough, we had to repair the toilet handles and garburator when we arrived and a light is hanging out of its casing in one of the bathrooms. The shower curtain is mouldy and the white carpet is stained.

The condo was the perfect get-a-way place. We were in Wailea for our Daughter's wedding and the condo was our home base. Beautiful setting and everything a person needed was provided. All we hsd to do was hang up our clothes. Very comfortable! Ocean views, beautiful flowers and very close to everything. Do not pass this one up. Hope to return someday!!

Not only is it in beautiful condition but so very well equipped with everything you might need. The balcony had a wonderful view and was big enough to have a nice dinner at the table. The condo area was quite and peaceful. When I go back I will certainly rent this unit again.

Nice unit, great location, partial ocean view. Beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler were a plus. We will be back.
