Special Spring 2013 Rates ! Second floor, partial ocean view and your own private gas barbeque on a generous lanai. The master bedrooom suite has a seperate shower and tub, king bed, air conditioning and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds.

Special Spring 2013 Rates. Please Ask ! A spacious two bedroom two bath condominium in beautiful Wailea.

A partial ocean view, barbeque grill and comfortable lanai furniture to enjoy while relaxing in tropical breezes.

The kitchen is well equipped, has granite counters and modern appliances.The living area has a new sleep sofa, flat screen TV, Blu Ray DVD and a new dining table.

The master bedroom suite has a seperate shower and tub, king bed, air conditioning and flat screen TV, IPod docking station, Free High-Speed and Wi-Fi internet.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds (which can be made to a king upon request) and ceiling fan.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lap pool and spa, barbeque pavillion, and private recreation center. Just minutes from the Shops at Wailea and the amazing Wailea beaches, Palms 1606 is a comfortable Wailea property.

Great location and wonderful views from this spacious condo! Carpets are in desparate need of replacement as well as some general updating needed overall, but we had a terrific time staying at 1606 at the Palms!!!!

This was our first family vacation and we were so happy with the accommodations, the resort, and beautiful, beautiful Maui. VRBO and the Maui Rental Group were easy to deal with and very professional; they made the whole experience so easy. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely be back.

The reservation process was very professional and everything was smooth. Loved the unit, very nicely decorated and location excellent. Road noise was a bit loud during the week but not a real bother to us. Definately would rent again
