Austere, modern design presents easy living in this great spot. Whoever books this spot will be a star!! Everyone is happy with this townhome (it's private & quiet) that offers plenty of space and functionality. A fenced backyard makes the pup happy too!

Easy access to everything in Bend. This home on The Bluffs in the Old Mill District is one block away from the bustling shops and restaurants, and is walking distance to the Les Schwab Amphitheater. Walk along the Deschutes River Trail that is only steps away. Or, just relax in the backyard and listen to music waif over the river during the summer concert. This contemporary home offers an open floor plan excellent for lounging and entertaining. Upstairs you'll find three nice bedrooms to seclude everyone for their quiet nights. Two of the rooms offer views of Mt. Bachelor so you can check snow conditions. The sofa sleeper enables two more sleeping options. Even the dog has a spot and will enjoy the gated backyard and nearby dog park. Float the river at Farewell Park (below the home) in the summer using the local shuttle to get back home. You're in prime position to access the road up to the mountain and lakes while the ski shuttle is conveniently close. Two families or GROUPS can rent this townhome and the one next door to enhance the fun.

What a great location to ring in the new year! The location is close to downtown and within walking distance to food and entertainment in the old mill district. This is a home with a wonderful kitchen to cook in and has all the conviences needed! We loved our stay with our dog and would recommend this place to family and friends.

Nice, open plan home. I didn't realize that it was an attached home until reading further in the information given. This should be one of the first points advertised. Also, a fenced area for dogs was advertised. I paid for two dogs thinking that it had a nice, grassed yard. It was just a small patio with cinder rock (hot on dogs feet!). Overall, though, we had a good time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for all of us. The Tranquility on the Bluffs met all of our needs. The openness of the great room worked very well when we were cooking and enjoying our ski stories. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The view of Mt. Bachelor from one of the bedrooms was wonderful. We love vacationing in Bend.
