Four bedroom, two bath townhouse located on Loon Mountain. Master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom with two twin beds. Third bedroom with a set of bunk beds. Fourth bedroom with two sets of pyramid bunks. Sleeps 8 only. Washer/Dryer. Internet. A/C

A three level, four bedroom townhouse located in Ram's Horn where the slopes of Loon Mountain are just a short walk away. Enter to a foyer. Off the foyer is the entry level bedroom with two sets of pyramid bunk beds and air conditioning. The living, dining and kitchen areas are also located on the entry level and offer air conditioning. Enjoy the gas fireplace or cook a meal in the full kitchen. On the floor below the entry level you will find two bedrooms, a full bath and the laundry room. One bedroom on this level has two twin beds and the second, a set of bunk beds. The uppermost level of the townhouse, located on the floor above the entry level, holds the master bedroom suite with queen bed, air conditioning and private attached bath. Also on this level is a second living room with air conditioning, wrap-around couch, television and a table for playing cards or your favorite board game.Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.Please note: Slope-side Ram's Horn A1 has a limit of 8 guests and has only one parking space assigned to the unit.

due to time constrains we were here only for 3 nights, we just felt if we could stay for more days. We were around 8 friends visited loon mountains for 2nd time. on out 1st visit we never had good chance to select our stay or places to visit. but this time thought we had enough time to visit places , we just stayed back home and had fun. enough place to hangout on 1st and 2nd floor, pleasant and quite atmosphere. Just need to travel couple miles for all your needs. we are planning to visit this place again during snow , hopefully we get the same rental home. Every one of us enjoyed the stay , we just fell in love with APT, the way it is designed and the way it is maintained . Property manager and attendants were were polite and quick in response.

initially we had some issue with wifi , we complained and very nxt hour they came and fixed it for us. the only back drop is kitchen , it is not spacious as house.. but it can fit 2 pple @ a time.

Overall i rate this 10/10. Njoy ur stay.... :)

Light beige berber carpeting not a good idea foir ski condo.

The rental company was EXCELLENT. Friendly and easy to deal with.
The ski condo had light beige berber carpeting that was also around the dining room table.
The condo is large enough to accomodate kids.
We felt uncomfortable always having to be super careful that nothing spilled or that someone walked in with their shoes on.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The lighting was poor, quite a few lights out. There were no instructions on how to use the fireplace or heat. The 3rd floor bedroom had only electric heat, yet all the circuits were turned off at the box. The beds and furniture need to be upgraded, very uncomfortable.
