It is a beautiful holiday home on the island of Curacao in the Dutch Antilles. It is situated in a nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood. It’s a two-story home with 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, a large American style kitchen with air-condition, an extra room and laundry. On level 1 you find: 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The garden is with shaded terrace, large swimming pool (7x14, 28 degrees C year round) and there is a parking place for 2 cars.

Nearest ferry:   Willemstad at 5 Kilometres

The island of Curacao is one of the Dutch Antilles and situated in front of Venezuela. Outside the hurricane belt, so no worries for cyclones. There is year round sunny weather, only some rain from November to February (showers only, mainly afternoon or night). The island is only 50 km from east to west, but has a lot to offer: national park, beautiful, cosy and sandy beaches all along the south coast with superb diving (mainly shore diving, no need for a boat!) and snorkelling. The beaches are quiet, even in high season. Willemstad is a beautiful town (Unesco World Heritage Site) with mix of Dutch architecture and Caribbean colours. Some 'Amsterdam' and a lot of Caribbean! Home is situated on the east side of Willemstad, in the neighbourhood of Girouette, a small 'cul de sac' with only luxury homes (no through-traffic). It is close to many famous beaches, the Sea Aquarium and downtown Willemstad with its beautiful houses, restaurants and other attractions.

  • Rates for 2 people: every extra person: EUR 12,50/night. Use of our Car (Kia Carens, 2005, 5-7 persons): EUR 47,50/day.
  • Discounts 10% for all 2006-bookings
  • Surcharges: electricity included: 18 KwH/villa/night plus 5 KwH/person/night; if used more: EUR 0.28/KwH. Final cleaning (EUR 75: 2 people; for every person extra: EUR 10); transportation from/to the airport (if desired) EUR 10,- per person/return (free when the use of our car is booked).
