Your family will be close to everything when they stay at this centrally-located place. Please note guests will have the entire basement unit to themselves (including a separate entrance), but are not permitted upstairs. This home is less than a mile from the light rail and just a few miles south of Uptown Charlotte. The family friendly neighborhood offers a calm place to stay while you're in town. Great restaurant options nearby and convenient access to I-77 and I-485.

Guests will have entire basement unit, with access the back of the property, to themselves using a separate entrance. Guests are not allowed upstairs or on the deck or front porch.
Other things to note
Please note we have two vehicles on-site ourselves, and plenty of space for a 3rd vehicle for guests. If you plan to have more than one vehicle on-site, please discuss it with us in advance.

Also please note our policy on tp and paper towels - we provide one full roll in addition to whatever is left on the roll. Guests will need to make their own purchases for any additional needs.
