3 Bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse.Master bedroom has a queen, 2nd has 2 Full Beds and TV/DVD. Third Has 1 Full Bed. Wood Burning Fireplace. Sleeps 6-8. A/C W/D. Indoor/outdoor pool access. Program. Wireless Internet.

This spacious Lincoln Station home is just a short distance from both downtown Lincoln and Loon Mountain. Enjoy spending time by the wood burning fireplace or rent your favorite movie and just relax. However you choose to spend your vacation this home would be a perfect spot.

Lincoln Station offers a health club membership with indoor pool and tennis courts.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Weekend and holiday shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area in season.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Rating Details:
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

1st floor bath fan did not work, second floor bath fan very noisy and tub drain slow. New refrigerator but was very loud. Only two trash bags for a 4 day stay.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
This property did not seem to be up to the same standard as properties we have rented in the past for the Highland Games weekend. Two specifics would be 1)the limited number of electrical outlets and in particular in the double bed room where the cords
on the lamps were not long enough to plug in to the available socket and sit on the single center bedside table, and 2) the concrete outside the front door seems to have sunk so that the grating is not level and the step down is rather steep, this proved to
be rather dangerous when carrying items out of the front door and in one persons case resulted in a twisted knee.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The house was clean and neat and was exactly how it is described. The bed in the master bedroom was so uncomfortable that we slept on the floor. Also the AC is not great at all and on a hot day the unit gets very hot as well. We were also disappointed
to find out that we could not use a gas grill or any grill on the deck or anywhere in the complex. I would give it a 2.5 out of 5 for the price paid.

Reviewer Comments:
I would not advertise this as a unit that can sleep six. The beds are too small. One of my children had to sleep on the couch in the living room. Some of the furniture is in poor condition and very few utensils to cook. Unit was either very hot or very cold, difficult to keep a steady heat level (e.g. 68 or 70 degrees).

We had a great weekend, wish it was longer! Very comfortable and clean and a great location, close to the mountain. Very clean pool too! Looking forward to coming back.
