Three bedroom, two bath stand alone townhouse. Master bedroom with a queen bed, TV/DVD and A/C. Living area with wood burning fireplace, and cable TV. Large wrap around deck with grill. Wireless internet. Swim club access.

This multi-level stand alone townhouse is located at the top of Clearbrook I. Enter to the foyer. Below the foyer, on the lowest floor of the townhouse, are two bedrooms, a full bath and a small laundry room with washer and dryer. One bedroom on this floor offers a queen size bed the other, two sets of bunk beds. The floor above the entry holds the kitchen, dining and living area with wood burning fireplace and access to the spacious wrap-around deck. Above the living area is a loft sitting area, the perfect place to curl-up in the sun with a favorite book. The upper-most floor contains the master bedroom suite with queen bed, television and full private bath.Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season.Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Reviewer Comments:
We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. We were happy with the place. One item to be aware of is the bedroom on the top floor overlooks the lower level via a cut out in the wall. For most people this wouldn't matter, however we had a small child that was sleeping in our room and would wake up due to our noise downstairs (parents hanging out for a bit after kids go to bed).

I would highly recommend using Loon Reservation Services and staying in one of the beautiful rental homes. The only downside to Clearbrook 116 was that it was a totally uphill walk to get back to the house.

We had a wonderful time overall. The only negative was the fact that the master bedroom was open to the living room. If the owners would close it in, we would stay there 2-3 times a year. Let me know if it changes. Thanks!
