Activities: Swimming - while our property is rocky with no sandy beach, the jetty and landing are great places to enter the water or to sit and watch the harbor activity or catch some sun, there is also a good sandy beach at the Cooper Island Beach Club, Snorkeling - Quart-A-Nancy Point has the best snorkeling around Manchioneel Bay, Diving - Sail Caribbean Divers has a full service dive shop on Cooper Island, Hiking - there are several day hikes available, Fine Dining - at the Cooper Island Beach Club Restaurant
