We found the Long Valley Lodge to be remote from close neighbors, had a great yard and outdoor area. The hot-tub was great and we didn't spend much time inside but the kitchen had what we needed when we needed it.

We had a terrible experience using Accom. Services this time. The girl at the counter gave us wrong street name (turn left on to Norwood off Dienhard. She should have said Left on Mission). We called her when we were lost a second time not able to find house because she clearly did not know where it was or the address. All she knew was the sign was posted on a tree. She would not give me an address because she either didn't know it but claimed it wouldn't help anyway because it was not on moon drive but street called "Buckner" even though it was off moon drive. This was not true either. 392 Moon Drive was the address which we came to find out. The sign "LVL" was all we had and turns out the sign was posted 30 feet down the driveway obscured from street by high snowbanks. She had to have some lady come find us to take us to location. Once finally finding the place we got struck in the the driveway heading to house because the driverway had huge rutts and large amounts of snow from not being plowed. We were never told that only a four wheel drive vehicle would make it. We had to call a tow truck driver to pull us out and he said he was there the day prior pulling another family out. It took the tow guy at least an hour once he arrived. I dont know what we would have done if we didnt have a second 4-wheel drive vehicle with us. Our other car had to be parked at the street for remainder of weekend. My mother found two bobbypins in her bed indicating the bed was not changed and clean for us but we were charged a cleaning deposit. There was no toilet paper in downstairs bathroom. The heating system was a bummer to get adjusted to a comfortable temperature. It took the whole weekend to figure it out.

Sorry you did not understand the instructions. As we explained you are the only guest that has ever got lost. We did go the extra mile though, as having a staff member from the office drive and meet you to show the sign and turn off for the property. We would have liked the opportunity to correct any issues with the home as we have a 24 hour number to call.
