New condominium in beautiful downtown South Haven that is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom overlooks the Black River and has a Queen Bed, 27' television and large private bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a Queen bed. All bedding and towels are provided. The condo is fully furnished with all kitchen amenities including dishwasher, pots & pans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and washer/dryer. The kitchen has wood flooring with ceramic in both baths. The private garage on the street level makes access to the first floor easy with an elevator. You can watch the bridge go up, the boats cruise down the Black River or just people watch - all from your private balcony.

Activities:
This is in the heart of all the fun activities in South Haven. Walk to the restaurants, taverns, unique shops and cafes or the beach. The view of the Black River is fantastic! You can also enjoy golfing at 3 area courses, biking (the Kal-Haven Trail is just blocks from the front door), hiking, swimming and watching the wonderful sunsets on Lake Michigan.

There are bicycle rentals, kayak rentals and dinghy rentals in town. The Black River is great for canoeing or kayaking. In the winter you can enjoy snowmobiling, cross country skiing or down hill skiing.
Area:
South Haven is 2 hours from Chicago, 50 minutes from Grand Rapids, 45 minutes from Kalamazoo and 30 minutes from Holland.
