Brand new condominium in beautiful downtown South Haven. This unit has a Queen bed in the Master Bedroom with a Master Bath that is ceramic tiled. The guest bedroom has a double bed. Bedding and towels are included. There are 2 televisions and a DVD player. The private garage is located on the street level with a elevator to the first floor. The condo is fully furnished with all kitchen amenities including dishwasher, pots & pans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and washer/dryer. Wood flooring in the kitchen, tile baths and wonderful views of the Black River. Watch the bridge go up from the balcony, the boats cruise down the Black River or walk to the beach for a beautiful sunset. The pool is heated and very private.

Activities:
This is in the heart of all the fun activities in South Haven. Walk to the restaurants, taverns, unique shops and cafes or the beach. The view of the Black River is fantastic! You can also enjoy golfing at 3 area courses, biking (the Kal-Haven Trail is just blocks from the front door), hiking, swimming and watching the wonderful sunsets on Lake Michigan.

There are bicycle rentals, kayak rentals and dinghy rentals in town. The Black River is great for canoeing or kayaking. In the winter you can enjoy snowmobiling, cross country skiing or down hill skiing.
Area:
South Haven is 2 hours from Chicago, 50 minutes from Grand Rapids, 45 minutes from Kalamazoo and 30 minutes from Holland.
