A fantastic 2000 SF grand villa located directly on Venetian Bay!This lovely two level unit is one of only eight townhomes located in the Colony Gardens complex. With a private entrance and attached carport it has the feel & privacy of a single family home.

The well maintained complex features a beautiful bayside pool with a charming pool cabana. The perfect spot to meet friends for cocktails or BBQ!

This unit is a boaters dream with a private 30’dock just steps out your back door! Gulf access is through Doctors Pass (20 minute ride with one bridge at Harbour Drive)

Not a boater? No worries! This rental also comes with a membership to the pristine private Park Shore Beach! Just minutes from the villa!

Not a beachgoer either? Still no worries! The villa is just steps to the Venetian Village Shoppes & Restaurants. This popular destination offers upscale shops, art galleries, fine waterfront dining and nightly entertainment

The villa’s open concept living area was recently redecorated in a charming “coastal” motif featuring many one of a kind pieces of furniture. Shades of white, blue & green create a relaxed feeling synonymous with waterfront living! A large flat screen TV is located in the living area. The lanai area is incorporated into the living area but offers the versatility to throw open the sliders and let the sea breeze in! It offers two distinct seating areas and a dining area. A great spot to watch the dolphins frolic in the bay!

The kitchen is open to the living area and has a convenient breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and has newer appliances (fridge, range, microwave, garbage disposal and DW). The lovely dining area is just off the kitchen.

The tranquil master suite offers incredible views of Venetian Bay, a large walk in closet, a full bath and flat screen TV. As an added bonus the master also has a large private balcony offering wide western views of the bay. The perfect spot for morning coffee or cocktails at sunset!

The charming guestroom has 2 twin beds, a huge closet and a private bath. The décor is reminiscent of “Old Florida”’ with vintage travel posters and postcards and antique wicker.

The third bedroom is located on the 1st level and is currently being used as a den. It is decorated in shades of pale yellow and blue. It has a TV, full bath and walk in closet.

We have been visiting Naples for over 35 years and this is one of the most unique properties we have seen! The location is incredible with easy access to the beach, shopping & boating. This property definitely feels like a private home and the views are phenomenal!
