The rental company provided the wrong access code for gate entry. The security personnel was not very friendly when he had to assist us in getting into our property, as the after hour phone contact personnel did not respond to our phone call.

It was my father's 50th birthday and we had a wonderful time at the house in Turtle Bay. It was very clean, it had all we needed everywhere: microwave, stove, fridge with filtered water, dish washing machine, fans, 3 tvs, clean sheets and towels. The location was excelente, easy to find and very close to the nicest places an beaches in North Shore. The resort facilities were amazing and the early mornig golf course view was stunning! We would definetely recomend it to our friends.

Exactly as advertised. Exactly as pictured. A perfect place to stay. Very mellow, nobody bothers you and you are away from the madness of Honolulu. It's Hawaii as it's meant to be.
