I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
I already filled out a similar form upon checkout but apparently it didnt' get to you. Having to do this twice only gets me more riled over our past stay. Your records should show that I have booked this particular suite for at least the past 3 years just before Xmas. We wouldn't be coming back if it didn't work for us but I am not sure there will be a next time. Shortcomings this past stay, in no particular order, include:
1. The oven was filthy. Upon using it we smoked out the kitchen.
2. We couldn't get the TV in the living room to work.
3. The igniter on the outdoor BBQ didn't work and there were no matches in the place.
4. Probably the biggest issue - the hot tub was slimey, apparently had a leak and the pump was squeeling so bad during our last nite that i had to shut the breaker off at 3AM so we could get some sleep. A private hot tub is a big deal for us and this was a huge disappointment. I informed Barry and Diane each separately about the hot tub issues and they said they would take care of them. That didn't seem to happen. I am sure the hot tube pump was on its last legs and no doubt has since been replaced.
Other than this, we managed. Thanks for asking, and hopefully I don't have to recall this yet again.

We certainly try our best to keep everything clean, working and in good condition. There is no excuse for the oven being not clean. The TV works fine so it would have just been a matter of having someone come over to show how the controls work. They can be a bit complicated at times, but we are just a phone call away and have someone available every day of the year. Igniters on BBQs do go but we would have been happy to bring over matches if we had known. the hot tub is a different issue. The service provider kept promising to remedy the problems and kept failing. We finally had to get rid of him and hire a new provider.We gave him 1 too many chances to correct things and unfortunately, it inconvenienced our guests. Since that move, we have not had any further problems, and if there were issues, they were dealt with in a quick and professional manner. I will personally be in touch with the gu
