The design of the unit is excellent as is the location. The beds were terrible and should not be offered for rent. They should have been replaced a long time ago.
The fridge was so noisy that we had to turn it off at night. The extra linen was dirty from previous use. We found this out because we had to abandon the master bed for the sofa bed. The staff was friendly and the kitchen was well stocked.

The photos. Do not give you the full picture. We had a1 bdrm + loft. It was clean, the wi-fi excellent, it had all the basics, the balcony was peaceful. We cannot say enough good. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The staff was friendly at check in and phone to make sure that we had directions and let us know the highway conditions. However, once checked in did not see much of them at the front desk and were unable to help us with towels for the hot tub. The condition of the condo was not clean, there were dirty dishes in the cupboard and we found evidence of mice in the bathroom. There were no towels for the hot tub and because there were five of us, we ended using all the towels for showers and needed to reuse for the hot tub. The sheets were very old and the mattresses were uncomfortable. For the price, I would not recommend this accomodation.

Wow!! These remarks are totally unfair in many ways. The front desk is open from 8AM to 8PM and RARELY is there not someone available to help guests. As managers of the front desk, we used to provide towels for the hot tub. That was until we realized that it cost us close to $10,000 per year just to launder them. Guests can also request clean or fresh towels at any time and rarely is there a charge. If the guest had mentioned the cleaning deficiencies, they would have been looked after immediately. The remark about evidence of mice is hard to understand as there has been no other evidence reported all winter, and it is rare that mice would frequent a bathroom. They go where there are food scraps and that would be in the kitchen area. The sheets are replaced when they start to look old and tired, and our inventory is continually being turned over. We have had complaints about mattresses in other properties, when the mattresses were new so often it is because they are not what the guest is used to at home. Manager.
