3 BR, 3 Bath & Walk to a Private beach, just steps from your door

When you vacation at the Yachtsman, you are renting a privately owned and maintained townhouse. # 58 is equipped with its own Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, HD TV's, DVD's, Telephone, Charcoal Grill, and original art. There is a fireplace and wood is included. Linens are provided. Sorry, there is no maid service. There is a patio on the lower level, the master bedroom has a small balcony, and there is a top floor deck. You will find magnificent views of the ocean from our balconies. There is a heated pool in Season, or stroll along your own private beach. The unit will be immaculately clean. Only minutes away from excellent dining, shopping, and island ferries. There is a whale watch from Mattakeese Wharf in Barnstable.

About Carole Ann Danner

We are a couple living a mile from the Yachtsman, caretaking an ill parent. We use the condo as a get-away sometimes when it is not rented. Since we are right down the street, we are always cleaning and making upgrades to the property. I am an artist and there are many original art pieces in the townhouse/ condo.

We chose the Yachtsman as a second home because of the location. Walking to the beach, pool, and Hyannis Harbor is fun and relaxing.

What makes this condo unique

Wi Fi, steps to the Beach and Heated Pool in Season, minutes to the Hyannis Harbor, Main Street, excellent restaurants, Kennedy Compound, and Kennedy Memorial. The Fall, Winter, and Spring is a nice, quiet time to visit. A real fireplace with wood is provided. There is a security gate at the entrance to the condo.

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE AND OWNER

We stayed for a long weekend. the accomodations were EXACTly as shown, great and immaculate.
Off season very quiet, which we love. Private beach!!! The owner is just wonderful. My husband enjoyed the upper level den. We can't wait to come back.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

The perfect spot on the cape

The condo is just great. It has lot of space, wonderful rooms, plenty of bathrooms and everything is very very clean (which is important to me!!)
The kitchen is very well equipped and you find everything you need for cooking and plenty of tableware and glasses. It felt like home. Even enough beach chairs and buggi-boards were there. The owner is very helpfull and friendly.
After it was Off season, we had the beach for ourselves, took the fairy to Marthas Vineyard, did Whale Watching, and relaxed on the beach. A great place for a great deal!! This is the best Cape Cod experience we had so far!!

A wonderful property for relaxation

This wonderful unit has many amenities and is so comfortable for your away from home stay. The full kitchen, washer/dryer, and many bathrooms along with 3 bedrooms make this a perfect place for a family to gather together. Due to the multi level set-up, privacy is assured, since each bedroom is on a seperate level.
The balconies and deck views are wonderful, and in the early morning the bird life is spectacular, since the unit is next to a sand dune area. You can't go wrong renting this unit at any time of year; it is just perfect.
