Nestled in the beautiful Cochella Valley and adjacent to the historical Indio Polo Grounds this luxurious home offers the opportunity for complete relaxation and recreation. This tastefully decorated home is located inside the famous Indian Palms Country Club (CC), which is located in Indio, and recognized as the jewel of the desert. The Indian Palms CC offers 27 holes of championship golf, a clubhouse, shared pool, fitness center, along with a great restaurant and bar for your dining and entertainment. The property is located walking distance from the Polo grounds which offers year around entertainment featuring concerts and festivals. In addition, the property is located minutes from PGA West and other neighboring cities that provide exquisite dining, theatre and arts, golfing, hiking, casinos and various other activities for your entertainment pleasure.

The property is tastefully decorated with recent furniture, appliances and kitchen amenities to make your stay a comfortable one. The home is sufficiently housed with quality linens, towels and kitchen accessories for your convenience and comfort. The owners respectfully request no smoking on the property and pets are allowed with an additional security deposit. The owners will entertain any reasonable request for services. This home is a fantastic retreat for recreation and relaxation. We fell in love with the people in the community and the vast amounts of entertainment that is available in the desert. We live approximately 1-1/2 hours from the property which provides us with an opportunity to visit and get away from the stresses of everyday life.

The home is beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location within the Country Club. Everything in the home felt like it was new and exceeded my expectations. The owner was prompt with delivering information and even was able to provide the keys before we left! It was perfect and we are already looking forward to next year!

We stayed here for a month last fall and loved it. I agree with everything in the above reviews. Another thing I want to add is the great location within the resort. This neighborhood is extremely clean and well taken care of. Very nice neighbors and very quiet. And this property has excellent owners! We also stayed in another home in this resort last winter and did not like the location at all, noisy and unkept area. So you cant go wrong with this house.

I would recommend this property to my family and friends. It is clean and comfortable, close to good golf, tennis, and entertainment. Many great restaurants close by. Owner is friendly and helpful.
