Condo Description: This recently remodeled, first floor unit has two bedrooms. The Master Suite has a comfortable queen-size, pillow-top mattress, as well as a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The Guest / second bedroom has two twin beds and another bathroom right outside the door. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, as well as an inflatable air mattress, which may be used for extra support on the sofa sleeper. Per condo association rules, the unit can accommodate a maximum of six people.

Condo Features: Just added - Wireless Internet Access - WiFi! All major appliances in the fully-stocked kitchen have been replaced within the last five years. Unit also includes a screened lanai with deck table and chairs - central air conditioning - two TVs - cable television - DVD - VCR - mini-stereo system w/CD and cassette players - all linens and towels - beach chairs and assorted beach accessories - hair dryer - clothes washer & dryer IN UNIT (vs. common laundry area) - ironing board & iron. The Seaview Complex includes a beautifully landscaped common area, a large swimming pool, tennis court, and barbecue grilling area near pool. The South Beach Public Access is located right across the Street. Just walk out the screen door from the lanai - no need to walk around the building. And because there are no public restrooms at the beach, the condo's proximity to the public entrance is very convenient.

Activities: Marco Island is probably best known for its fantastic beach! However, there is so much more to do, including: swimming - sun-bathing - shelling - golf - tennis - shopping - almost endless dining options - fishing - boating - relaxing - and of course, beautiful sunsets! Marco Island is located within a short drive from the west entrance to Everglades National Park and the many entertainment options located in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida. Additionally, the Miami / Fort Lauderdale Metropolitan area is only 100 miles east. Finally, Key West is a three-hour boat ride away.
