Available for weekly vacation rentals – Condominium located on south end of Marco Island, Florida – home of white-sand beaches, blue-green waters, warm tropical breezes, and fabulous sunsets. Enjoy championship golf, tennis, boating, deep-sea and backwater fishing, parasailing, swimming, shelling, and many other recreational opportunities. Marco Island also features plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities.

Condo Description: This recently remodeled, first floor unit has two bedrooms. The Master Suite has a comfortable queen-size, pillow-top mattress, as well as a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The guest / second bedroom has two twin beds and another bathroom right outside the door. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, as well as an inflatable queen air mattress, which may be used for extra support on the sofa sleeper. Per condo association rules, the unit can accommodate a maximum of six people.

Condo Features: 42' HDTV with High Def and Digital cable, and free long distance phone service to phone numbers within the USA. All major appliances in the kitchen and laundry room have been replaced within the last five years. Unit also includes wireless Internet Access (WiFi - local Marriott charges $14.95 / day for similar access!) - a screened lanai with deck table and chairs - central air conditioning - 27' TV in master BR - DVD - VCR - mini-stereo system w / CD and cassette players - all linens and towels - beach chairs and assorted beach accessories - hair dryer - clothes washer & dryer IN UNIT (vs. common laundry area) - ironing board & iron. The Sea View Complex also includes a beautifully landscaped common area, a large heated swimming pool, tennis court, and barbecue grilling area.

Activities: Marco Island is probably best known for its fantastic beach! However, there is so much more to do, including: swimming - sun-bathing - shelling - golf - tennis - shopping - almost endless dining options - fishing - boating - relaxing - and of course, the beautiful sunsets!

Marco Island is located within a short drive to the many entertainment options located in Naples and Fort Myers, as well as the west entrance to Everglades National Park. Additionally, the Miami / Fort Lauderdale Metro area is only 100 miles east. Finally, Key West is a three-hour boat ride away.

The South Beach Public Access is located right across the street. Because we're on the first floor, you may walk out the screen door from the lanai - no need to walk around the building. And because there are no public restrooms at the beach, the condo's close proximity to the public entrance is very convenient.

We are a family of four living in Minnesota. Our cold winters brought us to SW Florida and we fell in love with Marco Island and its tropical breezes.

Wonderful vacation on Marco Island

This condo was an excellent choice for our vacation. We had two adults and four kids (19, 19, 17, 11) and the condo was roomy enough for all of us. Very convenient location and equipped with everything we needed for a day at the beach. We ate out only a few times because the condo had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and the grill in the pool area came in super handy! The pool is very nicely maintained and has security gates so small children won't wander in by themselves. Grocery stores and shopping are only a short drive down the road. Owner is very friendly and accomodating. Would rent this condo again in heart beat!!! Be sure to bring snorkel gear with you!!! We had three manatees swim up to us while we were snorkeling!!! So cool!!!

It is a sure bet that you will enjoy your time at Tracy and family's condo! It is a home away from home! Spacious and equipped the condo is in a perfect location across the street from access to a beautiful beach. Wonderful location to shopping, dining and the beach entrance. Very convenient and the price was right as well! Tracy was fab to work with, the neighbors were friendly and helpful the condo neat and comfortable with all the amenities of home!! What a great experience for our first time to Marco Island! Beautiful place for surf, sun and fun! Thank you so much Tracy for everthing. By the way, we would suggest October for vaca, crowds were light, weather SUPERB and relaxation overload!! Just what we needed!!

A Little Piece of Paradise

We had a simply superb stay. The condo is in
a great location on the island and a short walk
to the beach. The condo was everything we needed
for a splendid week at the beach. Our kiddos loved the
pool. This is a great place for families to stay for a relaxing vacation.
This was our first trip to Marco and we can not
wait to come back!

Fun in the sun, and a needed relaxing stay

What a wonderful place to stay, and a beautiful location. We had stayed here one week and enjoyed the condo, which was a great location across the street from the beach with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy the beach.
