The house has 2 Bedrooms (one downstairs with a Queen bed) and a Master Bedroom upstairs (with a King bed), 2 full baths with a shower, a living room, dining area, fully furnished kitchen, covered patio with an awesome view of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio Park. Upper bedroom also has a covered patio with a spectacular view! There is a Sofa Bed in the living room that can also sleep 2 people. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is Cable TV and a Telephone for your convenience. If you do not feel like cooking, there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. If you would like a 3rd Bedroom and Bath, Apartment La Vista (beneath the Villa) can be rented with Villa La Vista. See web site for details about Apartment. Ask for Pricing!

Maximum Occupancy: Due to the size of this Villa and for your comfort, MAXIMUM occupancy is 6 people (unless Apartment La Vista is rented with the Villa -- this would allow comfortable sleeping for 4 additional people).
