Nicely decorated 11th floor Emerald Isle two bedroom with balcony off the master bedroom and living room offering a spectacular view of Pensacola Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This 11th floor condominium has two bedrooms/two baths, and sleeps six with a queen in master bedroom, and twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. An air mattress is available in the closet. Two TVs - one in living room (32")with new DVD player, a brand new flat screen with DVD in the master bedroom, and new TV/DVD in the guest bedroom. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Washer/dryer in unit. WIRELESS INTERNET. Satuturday to Saturday only in July.

Great central location right on the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants.
Condo needs some updating and some renovating and every issue we encountered was addressed quickly by Gulf Blue. For example, the folding closet doors fell off their hinges and Gulf Blue fixed them that same day. The kitchen had no pizza pan or pizza cutter, so Gulf Blue brought new ones over the next day. The bottom floor panel of the dish washer fell off so Gulf Blue came over and fixed it that same day. One of the toilets did not work very well on the last day of our vacation, so we just used the other bathroom.

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect location. Only two issues which are small:
Not enough towels in the unit. Only 5 between 4 people and I ended up washing them alot.
The older gentleman that monitored the hot tub was rude. 12 people were at the hot tub one COLD day and he screamed at us and said only 11 people could be there. Actually I only had my legs in so I wasnt even in, but I think he thought it was kids (Im 52, ha) Overall, great time! Will come back for sure.
