This was our second trip to Navarre and the Beach Colony complex. We enjoy the location with the pool, beach and pier nearby. We were a little disappointed at check-in. Arrived early only to be told the unit wasn't ready as it was "dirtier than expected." I had checked before we came down and the unit was still available 3 days prior to our arrival. Not sure if this was true. We were part of a large group who received the same answer. They didn't seem ready for us. The patio table was broken and no coffee maker. The staff addressed those concerns immediately. All in all, we'd rent again.

As we stayed in the exact room last year, we knew what to expect. Love the room, furniture and view. The only thing on our wish for future visits would be larger tv in the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect. Also, we went down stairs to get a cart to load our things and there were none available. We overheard people saying they locked them in their rooms the night before checkout. We had to make 6 loads to our vehicle.

The booking agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Upon checkout, the security gate to the Pearl was closed so we could not get in the lot to return our keys and pool passes. We were departing before the rental office opened so we called for instructions the day before. We were told to place envelope in the Pearl parking garage drop box but we weren't told the gates would be closed. It was a minor hiccup along the way but would have been nice for the office to realize this and give us further instructions on how to enter the property. The grounds were well-kept and the pool was always clean at Beach Colony. Overall, very nice property.

Peaceful and Relaxing Vacation with a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was nice and clean and furnished well. We especially loved sitting out on the spacious balcony to eat our meals that we ate in and enjoy watching the waves and hear the water. We spent a lot of time out there since the weather wasn't too hot. We also enoyed the large swimming pool and walking on the beach in the mornings. There was not much noise and made it for a very enjoyable vacation.
