The rental property is located in a nice, quiet area. NO beach crowds. We were able to leave our beach chairs and umbrella out the entire day while doing other things and they were not disturbed nor taken.

As described in the rental ad and agreement, this unit contained only very basic items. It is the least stocked property we have ever rented. Not even a alarm /clock radio.

We had an enjoyable stay away from the hustle and bustle the pier area.

This was our 2nd time to stay because we were so happy the first. This time was however much different because we had Hurricane Isaac!!! Even with that we had a wonderful stay. We love Pensacola Beach, location of gulf winds. So peaceful and relaxing...when your not having a hurricane..lol. Maintenance people came to close the shutters before the storm and Gulf Blue called to let us know that we needed to pack up to evacuate. By the time we went to turn in our keys the evacuation was lifted so we got to ride it out :) We returned to the condo and the owners ended up calling to check on us. Very nice lady she made us feel like we were in a safe location considering no one would know what would happen. We ended up being very comfortable while we were locked in. Perfect size for the 2 of us. The ladies at Gulf Blue were super nice and very helpful when we were ready to leave. They explained a much easier route for us to be able to leave to come home because we were not sure about storms and flooding. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!! Anyway all in all we loved it again even though Isaac blew in. We still got to parasail eat at Crabs we got em..gotta have the feast for 2!!! Flounders and Peg Leg Petes..yum..can't wait to go back next year!

This is the third time our family stayed at this particular condo .... The first two stays were wonderful, however, we will not rent from this condo owner again. The pullout sofa was broke .... The owner provided a blowup mattress, which slept horrible! At the price we paid for 7 nights, it was ridiculous to be sleeping on a blowup mattress for 7 nights! I expect to be camping and pay $35 for a campsite If I'm going to be sleeping on a blowup mattress for 7 nights! I understand things happen ... And the owner said she was very sorry about the broken down sofa .... When she came over to replace the non-working coffee pot ... But we should have been reimbursed $300 Or $400 for the week for the inconvenience! The broken down sofa was uncomfortable to sit on ... Impossible to sit comfortably while watching tv. The view was BEAUTIFUL ... But we won't rent this unit agaiyn. Also, the dryer would overheat and you had to wait for it to cool down. The owner needs to make some much needed updates. It was disappointing, simply because of the sleeping arrangements. We would use Gulf Blue Vacation Rental again .... They were very nice professional!
